Coast Guard emphasizes maritime border-crossing procedures |

During the upcoming Winter Olympics in “The Coast Guard will maintain a highly visible presence throughout the region to ensure the safety of boaters and the security of Anyone crossing the border must have required citizenship documents in the form of a passport, a Boaters without an I-68 permit or a NEXUS permit will be required to check-in with one of five Customs and Border Protection Stations: Port of Port of Port of Roche Harbor, Wash.
