Coast Guard searching for owner of bicycle left on Seattle ferry |

SEATTLE — The Coast Guard is searching for the owner of a bicycle left on the Washington State Ferry Puyallup, after sailing from Seattle to Bainbridge, Wash., Tuesday. The bike was found at 6:10 p.m. when the Puyallup pulled into port in Bainbridge. The bike is described as a blue and green Kona and was left behind with a gray helmet. Coast Guard Sector Seattle was notified and launched a 25-foot rescue boat crew at 6:45 p.m. Coast Guard Air Station Port Angeles, Wash., launched an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew to assist with the search. Anyone with information on the bicycle's owner is urged to contact the Coast Guard at 206-217-6002 |
