SEATTLE - Coast Guardsmen wait patiently for the arrival of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy at the Integrated Support Command here Sunday. Homeported in Seattle, the Healy returned from a three month deployment to the Arctic for scientific research. The Healy is the largest cutter in the Coast Guard fleet.
